I will recommend caliber collisions to anybody if you're looking for body work to be done on your vehicle whether it's a dent needing popped out a bumper fixed door handle fixed you know the front end fixed or whatever as long as it's body work. Caliber collisions in Bloomington Indiana is a place to go they are Dependable reliable honest they walk you through every step of the way of your vehicle being processed they let you know when the vehicles being pulled in to be you know examined such as you know looking at the damages seeing how long it's going to take they let you know Parts need to be ordered how long that's going to take that they give you an estimate on when they think the vehicle is going to be ready to be picked up. If they feel that the vehicle is going to take longer they let you know way in advance those things they don't just tell you last minute. They are the most upfront legit reliable and super duper dependent they are the most Dependable Auto Body Shop I've ever seen in Bloomington Indiana I'm sure there's other ones but this is the top number one. And I'll tell you they will work with you if you find out that hey I can't pick up my vehicle to after 5:00 cuz I don't get off work till 5:00 they close at 5:00 or 5:30 don't work with you on how you can get your vehicle that same day they will work with you they'll tell you how to do it they are just so super reliable and ways that you would never imagine a place like that to be. Office staff was very communicative and helpful. Repairs happened on the scheduled that was estimated. However, I noticed that the brow tint on my windshield was removed during the repair. The repair was nowhere near my windshield, and no one informed me that this was needed. I found out while driving home.

Caliber needs to use a 0 to 10 analog scale on the question of "completely satisfied". I am aged a bit over 80 and have only driven the Jeep about 70 miles, s5 of which were bringing it home. However, when I brought it to Caliber, the MIL light was on due to a permanent "0420" (emissions/low O2) error. It had cleared itself (two cans of Rislone). However, over all, Caliber in Bloomington, Indiana) did a really good (and in one week!) job. This is the second case of deer colliding with Grand Cherokee Eco-Diesels. . . As I wrote, "completely satisfied" needs an analog and not a digital rsponse. The staff I spoke with in TX (phone) and met in Bloomington were great. Jim

I have always regretted giving an evaluation too soon. I don't believe additional fender panel replacement to make an 1/8" closer fit would have been better than getting my EcoDiesel Summit back two weeks sooner (and before Christmas). Unless you open the driver's door and know where to look. . . and then do the same on the passenger's side. A tech said it was the best he could do, without major disassembly and it is a 7 year old SUV. I am over 80, so I will tellyou that getting my Summit back a couple of weeks sooner is more important than 1/8" in a door jamb. The misalignment is totally unobservable when the door is closed. The work in fixing the headligh (cover) and realignment looks perfect, so how about 9.36 ? On the gaussian curve that get Caliber better than 0.5%.
