Gretchen (owner): from the moment I walked into the door, it was a warm, welcoming, and professional environment. The team at Caliber eased the stress of having to have my car repaired by organizing my rental and keeping things communicated properly with insurance and myself. When I picked up my car, they explained all the work that was done and things that impacted the completion timeline and were quick to get me out the door. While it isn’t great to have to have work done, Caliber made this a very easy experience

Air of the vehicle was great, but when I went to pick it up in the process of Repair, they removed my cover off the back of the truck and when I arrived to pick the truck up, they had not put it back on so they had to take it back in and put the to no cover back on it so I had to wait another 20 minutes the following Monday I noticed the cover on the rear bumper was not even evenly spaced on both sides so I had to bring it back in and have him fix that plus there were screws missing out of mudflap on the left side as far as the paint and the repair. It looks great but they need to concentrate on putting your vehicle back together when it’s finished.
