Everyone was very courteous and helpful when dealing with us. The car looks great, so we have no issues with the repairs. My only complaint is communicating regarding the finish date. It was moved at least 4 times. I realize estimating the completion date is not an exact science, but I think it would be better for the customer if you give an initial date that is far out there, then if you finish before then, the customer is thrilled that you finished earlier than expected. I appreciated the weekly updates, but each time it was to push the finish date ahead, one week at a time. Very frustrating for planning purposes.
