When speaking with them I stated the car was only a few month old and there were chips in the paint along with the hail damage. I also said that I would want those fixed even if not covered by the insurance claim. The car was there for 2 weeks and when I came to pick it up I saw that the bigger chip that I definitely wanted fixed was just painted over. When I went in to ask about this an employee came out to look. He said it was not covered and he painted it over as a favor to me. If it was not covered I would have expected a phone call to see how I wanted to proceed as I did state I wanted it fixed and I would pay the difference.

Super excited the work was completed before the “expected” completion date. Car was cleaned inside!! So far upon first inspection of the outside- dents look like they were taken care of but the rubber trim around windows still have hail dents. Better than when I brought it in with- but you can still slightly see the marks.

My car looks absolutely amazing!! Looks untouched!! They even took the time to clean the inside! it looks brand new!! The ladies in the lobby are fantastic and so nice!! booking was super easy and efficient!! Updates were very appreciated!! They called with any questions or concerns before doing anything else! I will definitely be using them again if i’m ever in this situation!
