Absolutely NOT. It was like pulling teeth to get them to start the initial job. And then to get the car back with new damage (2 paint chips on the driver's side), swirls in the paint job, and a dirty headliner. Then another 4 weeks before they started the fix, with me having to contact them repeatedly. I will tell anyone to stay away from Gerber.

They did a great job and if the finish date was going to be pushed back, I received a text that would let me know. I also had a guy call to explain the glass piece waa hard to find but he would keep looking, which I appreciated.

Overall experience was very good. The only minor issue that I had was constantly being told that vehicle would be ready by a certain date, but when the date came, I would be contacted and provided with another ready date that would come and pass as well but would never be given any specific details related to the continual delays.

I’m so thankful, thrilled as well as grateful that I chose Gerber Collision to have my car repaired after the March 10th tornado. They were super busy occupied and in knowing there were other customers that had more serious damage done to their vehicles, I was as patient with them in fulfilling the work order as they assured me they would get the job completed. I was told to bring my car in on Monday, July 13, 2026 and repairs were completed on Friday, July 17. My car looks as if it were brand new and I am more than pleased to say Gerber went above and beyond. Lindsay, at the front desk in person and over the phone was always cordial, kind, patient and most professional. Everyone that I encountered via phone or in person were the very best and especially when I asked questions. They were courteous, patient and just as professional and respectful. There was never a moment that anyone in that office or shop was not kind or disrespectful due to the volume of calls or repairs facing them and they indeed had a plethora of customers after the storm. A very special thank you and kudos to Donnie Life from the initial meeting and time in between, was the greatest estimator that I’ve ever experienced or encountered in the car business!!
