I cannot express the gratitude and most amazing hospitality about Caliber Collision! They were easy, kind and so awesome to work with! From the manager Ivanka, Brad the service advisor , Rachel the front desk receptionist, and all the staff that ai encountered were all very knowledgeable, very professional, but most of all very welcoming. They got me scheduled and in right away! They all made an awful situation a smooth, easy process! I was updated each day by a personal phone call on how the work was going, SO so nice! My GMC turned out beautiful! They did amazing work! I highly recommend Caliber Collision to any of my friends and family! Thank you again to all of you at Caliber Collision for everything you did! You guys Rock!

Caliber was so attentive to my vehicle, would call or text me every other day with updates on timelines, all the people Who I talked to were always so nice and never once was I made to feel like, I was a bother when I asked questions!! Hopefully I will never have to use them again but I will be telling everyone I know about the attention they gave to me! Great job Caliber your entire team did a wonderful job!!!

When I had my accident on a Thursday night after talking to SF the next day Calliber called within minutes of getting off the phone with SF, and i had an appointment that Monday, They had my car for almost 3 weeks but every other day I was getting a phone call with updates about parts repair progress etc. The employees there were nice, patient and very up front with everything! I know I can trust them with my repairs and will recommend them to anyone that needs body work for their vehicle! Thanks again!!
