I’m very pleased with the work done. The repairs were unnoticeable like the car was never hit. Now the parts of the car that didn’t get damaged need to be painted so it looks brand new. I would highly recommend Caliber Collision - Bradley Illinois for collision repairs

The repaired areas looks brand new. You can tell the difference in the undamaged unpainted areas. I’m pleased with the quality of work Caliber ( Bradley, IL) has provided. The staff were kind and professional throughout this process. I like the text message updates as well. I would highly recommend them to anyone for collision repairs.

I did not receive any update on my vehicle until three weeks after it was dropped off. At that point, the insurance company had not been contacted, and so no parts had been ordered and no work had been started.

Took about a month too long, but work was great. The car interior was show room clean-that was a pleasant surprise A quick job done poorly would have been worse.

The transition between the previous dealership and Caliber was terrible!! It took 6 weeks to get my vehicle in and 3 weeks after they had it to get it back. I was not told my vehicle would held hostage as parts are not ordered until they have it. A option to be able for them to have a credit card on file to order the parts would have been appreciated. The lack of communication was awful. It’s quite apparent Caliber in not interested in their customers, only their profits. The quality of work was good because they had previous staff working. I doubt these individuals will remain with Caliber. All in all I’d rate Caliber a 1 out of 5 and will not recommend them to friends and family.

While the quality was good, the experience really was not great. Once I finally got an accurate estimate from the adjuster, it took 6 weeks to get my vehicle into the shop. It then took 3 weeks to get it done. Their communication was definitely poor.
