Caliper Collision did a great job on repairs and experience with them. Along with quick repairs with finishing car before expected date. Also with guaranteeing and warranty on parts and work done.

I brought my vehicle to you as you did a great job on my 2015 Jeep Wrangler. However, you did not have my back on this one, even though you were working for me. You should have ensured that the car was perfect, it was not. Something was tweaked, as the hit was hard enough on the driver's side that I hit my head. Honestly, I believe that something was missed here.

The car is not the same. There was paint on some of the new trim and damaged trim that should have been fixed.

I’ll be honest — the early part of the process was rough for me. I didn’t feel fully informed during the initial inspection stage or regarding Progressive’s decisions, and I’m still not sure whether that breakdown was on Progressive’s side or Caliber’s. I do want that noted. That said, the end result speaks for itself. My vehicle looks fantastic after the repairs — truly back to pre-accident condition, which is remarkable given how severe the damage seemed. I’m extremely happy with the work. Liz at the Morris location and Scott at the Bradley location were excellent throughout the repair phase. Please pass along my appreciation to them — they really delivered.
