I’m very impressed with Caliber Collision's transparency. From the moment I dropped my vehicle off with Caliber Collision to the day I picked it up I was informed every day on what the progress was on my vehicle. (Via text messages) This detail to me was very comforting after dealing with another shop previously where I would call almost every week to ask about my vehicles progress. For almost six months this went on. When I finally received my vehicle from this other shop the work was very disappointing. Caliber Collision went above and beyond with their customers care and care to detail with making my vehicle look as beautiful as the day I purchased it. Thank you to the whole team at Caliber Collision for making this a great experience You all were truly amazing! I would highly recommend Caliber Collision to all my friends and family! Great communication, timely and solid repairs. Would’ve been a 10 if the new tire replacement was an exact match to the three others. I looked online and the exact model is still available. Overall though, happy with the service.
