Caliber Collision did not only do an exceptional job repairing my car and keeping me informed thru out the process but became the middle person between my Insurance company and rental car company making things really easy for me. I really appreciated being able to just leave my rental car with them to return for me so I didn't have to find someone to help me pick up my car. Thank you so much I appreciated all you did!!

The customer service was fantastic. They dealt with my insurance company and help me by arranging a ride to get my rental car and when my car was fixed I was able to just leave the rental with them and took car of returning the rental car. So I would highly recommend Caliber Collision in Bradley IL.

They know why new scratches all over the van that were not there when I dropped it off

I walked around my van when it got hit when I picked it up a month later after repairs it had new scratches that were not there when I dropped it off. It look like someone scraped something while moving it and put a 6 to 8 inch scratch. When I told the guy it was not there when I dropped it off he kinda said wasn’t us and another couple scratches on door on top in back where they were working. Dirty finger prints on cloth on back of 3rd row seats and when the sanded the the dust filled the back area of van so I had to climb in and wipe it all down. Also when we were driving down the road the cover over the sensors by mirror it fell down very sloppy work. Will never recommend or use again they could have made it right for a couple hundred bucks in rubbing compound but didn’t seem to care I wasn’t happy
