When I called to change an appointment day I did not speak to the usual receptionist. I could tell it was some guy from the shop, and I could also tell he wasn’t going to make the change properly. Sure enough when I got there to drop off my car, they didn’t have me in the schedule and enterprise had not been notified of the new time so no car was ready. Overall not the end of the world; I should have called back after that guy left me with an uneasy feeling.
