Travis and his team got right to work and was done ahead of time. Communication was great, I was kept updated every day or two. And most importantly the repair looks fantastic, good as new!

I am happy with the service Caliber provided. I was a little uncertain I had to use 2 car doors that were used from another Chevy Sparks, which made it so my back door sometimes doesn't shut all the way apparently because of the rubber around the door. However, when shutting the door firmly it does shut. The Caliber team was wonderful to work with do to their friendliness and professionally.

Even though I didn’t always respond, I listened and read all your messages you left regarding my vehicle. The vehicle was ready 2 days earlier than quoted. Great job. I noticed a new Chevy emblem on the grill. My car had just been detailed prior to the accident so the floor mats were still in the back drying as well as the carpets. I noticed you guys put them down for me. The car looked newer than it did before the accident. Wonderful. You went above and beyond. Also saved me 2 days car rental fees. Kudos.
