Caliber collision worked well with me and my insurance on getting my minivan windshield replaced in a very timely manner. The manager also took me back and forth to my hotel. They were very easy to work with. I would highly recommend them.

The bldg is first rate. Lot is clean and orderly. Inside, the office area is clean and professional. Behind the counter, Donna was so helpful. She took care of everything. Then introduced me to Mike who told me he would contact me every few days with a progress report. Every 3 days Mike called and told me exactly how things were moving along, both, with the repair and parts orders and with the approvals from my insurance company. In 8 days the final part arrived and installed. I picked up my car, looked it all over, and could not find anything out of place. I have driven it and put many miles on it. It runs exactly as it did before the accident. I've been telling all my friends about my excellent experience with Caliber Collision!
