The woman that works the front desk is super amazing!! She is courteous and attentive. Professional quick and very communicative. She is the glue and keeps this place together and the wheels running. Okay, maybe that's a little over the top, and maybe that's her job but she does it so well. It was very pleasant to do business there!!

Shawn & the staff at Crash Champs Nixa Mo were top notch! They listened to my concerns over work that had been accomplished at another Crash Champs faculty seriously & with concern. Shawn went over in depth what he as a professional saw that needed addressed & how we could work together to get them fixed to the quality level he & the Nixa Mo staff adhere to. I’m very impressed with CC Nixa. I will definitely be using them in the future for any auto repairs my family needs.

Scored due to time to complete repairs, repairs not being totally done still.

Missed a spot and will have to bring it back for repair (after paint dries enough to not damage it). Also, side view camera is broken. Not sure if it was missed in the initial assessments of the vehicle damage or broken during repairs. Waiting for replacement part to come in. To date, car repairs are incomplete while we wait.

Very friendly when I spoke with everyone, but communication was not great. I was promised calls and updates and would have to be the one to call in and ask. Shop is overbooked. I was told multiple times that the shop was overbooked and my car took 4.5 months to complete repairs. The rental car fees were astronomical (over $7k!) due to the time my car sat in the shop.
