They did a great job! While I hope I never need collision repair again, if I do, I'll bring it to Caliber. They were great with regular updates and keeping me posted on progress. They even helped me return the rental car. I couldn't have asked for better. Thanks guys!

Customer service i received was outstanding. I was treated with respect from the time I stepped into the office through the time I picked up my truck. There was a very good environment in the office and everyone was very friendly. It was very nice receiving several calls every couple of days informing me of the repair progress and parts arrival at the shop.

My experience wasn't very well, glass repair took another week because the man did not put it in when he was there the following week. Then I had to take the car back because window would only come halfway down after picking it up caused by a wire inside the door wasn't tucked in correctly. Then or now I broke down in Springfield because the calibrations were never done on the windshield that was replaced. So I'm still waiting for my car!

The repair to the damaged area seemed to be done well. Unfortunately, there are other issues that I had with the center.

The employees were kind and professional, but the shop did not take the initiative to call me with updates until I got upset and asked them to do better. I had to call the shop multiple times to get information. The information regarding the timing of completion of repairs was not always clear. It was quite frustrating. The amount of time it took to repair the vehicle also seemed a bit high in relation to the damage. It seemed like the shop was not as organized as it could be. Also, when I got my car back, there was a problem with one of the tires, which did not exist prior to the vehicle being sent there. The shop claimed to not have performed any analysis on this tire nor did they take any accountability. This was very frustrating.
