body and paint work were an A+, great job. However, prior to this facility becoming a caliber collision center this facility would clean the interior (vacuum, wipe down, clean windows, etc., to remove any body-work dust residue and to simply return the vehicle to the customer "clean" (had two prior repairs at this facility before it became Caliber). That did not happen this time...are Caliber's standards a little lower when it comes to these things?

Again, the staff was great and very accomodating at every stage. The communicated well and kept me informed throughout. The real challenge simply came from the multiple delays and the fact that I had to keep dealing with rental car reschedules, work trip changes, and one-vehicle problems at home because of the service logistics ("we have to send the care here" and then "we got the part but it was damaged" and "now its monday and we are almost done, should be ready by next week on Friday") I can't recommend this location simply because I would be afraid to put my family/friends in the same situation with taking nearly a month for body work.

I absolutely love the level of communication and updates, I just had a hard time with how long everything took and that every update/call was to tell me it still wasn't ready yet. I don't think it was the service team's fault, but it was really tough after the first 3-4 calls.

I absolutely will not recommend... the panel corners are noticeably off and it is not up to standards.

the panels are not straight enough and corners are not where they should be i specifically showed that the rear brake light had damage it was not fixed... and when I picked it up I had to try to get the rubbing compound off that was left behind... I grew up in a body shop.. it's been in my family for more then 60 yrs..and I'd have taken it home to be fixed if it want in south carolina... the job that was done could have been done better...my exhaust was bent up then took plyers and tried to fix it instead of repairing the exhaust... once I got it to my shop and on the lift these things were found...I do not recommend this location to anyone
