Quality of the work was terrible. I had multiple problems with the whole process. When I was dropping it off, they immediately told me that any repair they do, The paint work will not be warrantied. which was 90% of the scope of work. Being that this is the only option my insurance will honor. I had to do it. When I picked it up several days later, I noticed the bodywork and panels were not very well aligned, but they kept telling me it’s supposed to be like that, even though the other side of my car that wasn’t previously damaged didn’t look like that. they kept bragging about how good their body work was, but I could see obvious flaws where the original dents were. Where they had to remove and replace trim and seals. There was dried yellow glue on the new paint. And on the interior where they removed the door panel to do paint work, the technician had broken the armrest and door panel, but instead of caliber replacing those parts before delivery they just hoped I wouldn’t notice. Oh wait there is more. I explicitly said do not leave the key in the ignition of my vehicle because the battery will stay on if the key is not completely removed. Apparently they don’t care about what you say because when I went to pick up my car, the battery was dead and had to be jumped. They didn’t offer to get a new battery or help it in anyway. I would never recommend caliber collision to anyone.

It was a joke. Whoever worked on my car obviously is bad at their job. The broke my interior door panel and you guys still delivered the car to me. Hoping I wouldn’t notice. The battery was dead upon pick up, and someone drove my car around and used half a tank of gas.

Kyle and the team were amazing. Prompt with answering the phone, my questions, professional, honest and caring. My car came back with a slight tire issue, Kyle made sure it was taken care of. He listened to me, assessed the issue and knew what to do. He called the correct shop, made arrangements for the repair and got it done.
