Caliber did not reinstall interior rocker panel trim to cover wiring harness, had to wait for installation, on my way home noticed a clanking, that was unusual, found that they didn’t bolt the passenger side rear seat belt back to the floor anchor. I torqued it down when I got home. Not much attention to detail with this place.

Shop was great to work with easy process with my insurance receptionist to estimator to the person who delivered my car back to me. They were all friendly informative and kind. The Car. Looks brand new. And it was also completed. Timely.I appreciate all of the Work completed. Hopefully I don’t have to come back, but if I do, I would consider Caliber again.

This particular location took my Toyota 4Runner the same day I called them. They were able to fix and deliver it 4days ahead of time per plan. All staff were professional including the shop manager Kori.

Lack of communication. Occasional updates, but when you say it will be ready at 4pm on a given day, and I show up at that time and you say it isn’t ready…that’s unacceptable.
