Hi, my service advisor was Arianna. She was very friendly and professional and made the process easy. The repairs where done on time and completed to my satisfaction. Note: I was asking for some extra work done on the roof. I thought since you had the prep and paint being used it would be a good time to shoot the roof. The quote labor hours were VERY high for a very small job. I will paint it my self. My estimated labor hours figured to be 7 hrs total. I'll let you know how close I was. Thank you!

Caliber Collison was great to work with. I had very extensive hail damage on my 2022 chevy silverado 2500 hd and they took care of me. The customer service was excellent and I was given updates on the work being done to my truck a few times a week. I will recommend Caliber to all my friends and relatives!!!
