Our insurance paid for a rental car for the first 30 days. After that, we were on our own for several more weeks.

We waited weeks on getting our vehicle back because Caliber couldn't / wouldn't find a simple headlight part. After weeks of rental car and-or no car, I made two phone calls and found the part. They made little or no effort to get our vehicle out of their shop... Only excuses. My recommendation to family, friends or anyone is to stay away from this vendor.

Did not carefar the way the cost estimate was reach. State Farm acted if this was normal. Not the way I like to do business. Also very odd I was not able to pay my bill with cash. Did not care for that at all.
