While I appreciate Scrub a Dub’s willingness to pay for the replacement of the antenna cover on my truck, I am disappointed in the quality of the repair. The antenna cover appears to be ok (assuming it does not leak if we ever get rain). However, the headliner is loose and sagging with obvious gaps around the interior light and along some of the door molding. I was able to tuck the headliner into most of the door molding. The technician also left dirty smudge marks on the headliner. Also, since the repair, my fuel gauge no longer works. I do not know if that is related to Porter’s work - possibly just coincidental.

Porter’s took a long time to get the part and I’m not sure they would have if I did not call 2 times to inquire about it. They did honor the appointment date/time. But, an inspection of the work by a supervisor would have caught the headliner issues that I expressed previously.

Been over a month I have brought my car back twice to them because the bumper keeps popping off they have all ready been paid 4,000 dollars now it’s getting worst . I have no gotten one call to tell me what they are gonna do I have been more than understanding but I have no gotten one apology for the bad service or anything.
