My vehicle repair was fantastic from start to finish. My service advisor, a woman whose name starts with D and I can’t remember suddenly, was great. She kept me informed through every step of the process and answered any questions I had promptly. Very well done all around.

I had an amazing experience with Caliber Collision, and the whole process was easy and pain free. Wyatt my estimator was extremely helpful and communicative, and was sure to keep me updated throughout the repair process. They even assisted with the drop off and return of my rental car; I would certainly recommend their service to any of my friends or family.

Quality of work was great but I was told at completion that I owed $100 more than deductible . Jeanette said this was because one of the subs charges more than insurance covered and you couldn’t know that until you got their invoice. When I objected and asked for copy of document I signed saying I would pay extra fees without being advised (and calling my insurance company) she said she had looked at another customer’s invoice and I didn’t need to pay the extra. I feel like she was trying to take advantage of me.
