Classic collision Thornton is the best repair shop I have ever used. They communicated the status of our repair and advised us on the repair throughout the entire process. Estiban was our lead point of contact and was excellent to work with. He did a great job at explaining the details of our project and had great advice on the nuances of our repair. I interacted with two of the most helpful, kind people who made our situation feel at ease the entire time. When circumstances like this happen in people’s lives and they have to deal with the headaches of claims and damage, it goes a long ways when the facility you choose to repair your car has the utmost care in working with families.
