The fix itself looks good but I’m not thrilled. The upholstery of my seats is extremely dirty, there is a glob of cured overspray on the back door, and according to the intake mileage number recorded they drove my car 270 miles. And when I asked if they could figure out a rental car since this was their mistake she said no. I will be asking for compensation for my Ubers.

Great customer service and got it looking good as new. Pleasant experience in the sea of otherwise bad experiences of dealing with your car being hit. Another shop told me I'd have to completely replace the door, they got it done without doing that!

Deanna was great about getting info out to me via text, which was so helpful and kept me from having to guess on what the process and progress was. Bryan was such a sweetheart at pickup, he had cleaned the outside and inside which was very dirty from my two kids. What a treat to have a nicely repaired AND clean car to get into after an unlucky situation of someone crashing into my car. This is our second time using this Classic Collision and the service and repairs have been wonderful. I would highly recommend this place to anyone!
