The quality of the repair to the right side of the bumper is good. We are disappointed that some paint damage on the right side of the bumper was not called to our attention when it was taken in for the damage which was covered by our insurance. If we had been made aware of the damage to the left side of the bumper we would have had it taken care of and you would not have put clear coat over the damage area of the car

The Caliber team was the best! I’m so lucky my insurance told me I could choose. Truly no other shop came to mind because when someone hit me in Florida I went to Caliber over there and again amazing service! They communicate every step of the way, their team goes above and beyond to make sure you get your car back fast and better than it was originally. I didn’t have to wonder what was happening with my car, they would keep me up to date. Thank you for the care and for making such an anxious time seem handled.
