Caliber did excellent work in repairing my car. Every one of the employees I had contact with was professional and friendly. The cost was extremely reasonable. The building and surrounding areas were modern, clean, and inviting. They completed the work in record time which I really appreciated!!

I got text notifications on Monday saying you were nearing completion. Never heard anything the rest of the day so I called. They told me to wait for a call instead of text and that they would call tomorrow (Tuesday) all day Tuesday I didnt get a call or text and didnt know why the repair time was extended. Finally on Wednesday I got a text saying it was done (still not a phone call like I was told) ... Communication needs some work. Staff was very friendly tho

There are door dings and scratches on my car that we’re not there before, and there are faults in the paint on the area that was repaired, bubbles, pieces of dust or chunks of paint, dings in the fresh paint. Honestly it looks terrible. Extremely dissatisfied.
