The staff at Caliber Collision were always very nice and helpful. Having to take your car for repairs for an accident that wasn't your fault and dealing with insurance is already a disappointing position to be in. The staff was always kind and reassuring and seem to understand where we as a family were coming from. The staff was very nice, they were always available and the repairs were done and completed - everything has been good so far.

I brought my car in to have it evaluated due to an accident I was in. Since it was still drivable, they were going to order the parts and let me know when they came in to bring it back. The parts came in and dropped my car off. They said it would take about 2 weeks to fix but it took over 3 weeks. The employees were very nice but never let me know the status of my vehicle or why it was taking longer. Luckily the other parties insurance paid for all the repairs and rental and not mine.
