Caliber Collision did an excellent job repairing my 2025 Kia Sportage. The rear hatch lift looks like new after an auto mishap left two big dents in it. I would hardily recommend Caliber Collision to anyone who needs exterior auto repair!

There were multiple issues, receiving accurate deadlines, and requests at the beginning of repair were never addressed, therefore because appearance was less than appropriate

Everyone from reception to repair staff were very caring and helpful in an extraordinary manner. When delay occurred they put me in a rental so I wouldn’t miss doctors appointments. I’m 81 years old and have never encountered customer service of this caliber—God bless all those wonderful folks.

It took almost a full 2 months for them to finish my vehicle and there was no communication on their end about why it was taking so long. I had to reach out to them to get any information and they would give me false dates of when my vehicle would be complete.
