This score could of went either way. If everything was done right the first time and back to me in a timely manner. It would have been a 10. The communication was there giving me updates every couple of days. I understand you can't control parts that are on backorder. This score would of been much lower if the manager didn't make things right. The first time I was able to pick up my truck there was lots of defects in the paint that was just repainted. I pointed them out and the manager said will fix it. 1 week goes by and its done. I looked it over again and there were still some paint issues. We'll fix it the manager said. I left it for another week. During that week a new general manager was appointed for our location. I thought I might have a problem with a new manager but he was great. He was able to get everything done right! Finally! Thank you Byron.

My truck was completed and looks great. This is because the new manager was there for me. You can tell he's trying to make changes and get his team up to par.

Atrocious customer service from start to finish. Was advised it was a 16 day average repair, received vehicle on day 42. Service rep was missing the entire time. Given run around every time I called and given excuse after excuse. At Gina pic up I was told the vehicle was “washed”. Couldn’t have been less true. Water spots everywhere, inside of truck was a disaster. Mouse got into the vehicle while it was there and chewed up carpet. GM blew me off when I asked about them covering some rental fees that I had to come out of pocket in due to their delays. Pretty much looked at me, shrugged and said I don’t know what you want me to do…. Never go here. EVER!! Keep in mind it was there for MINOr Front end damage to the lower cowling, radiator replacement, condenser. 40+ days…

There is some kind of compound dripped all over my car that I spent about 2 hours cleaning off. I even found it in areas that weren’t part of the repair which is confusing. It had a blue tint so I’m assuming it was bondo with a blue tinted hardener. There is also some kind of paint defect near the gas tank door that I didn’t notice until I started cleaning up the mess on my car. Driver seat also has a cut in it that was not there when I brought it in. I’m assuming someone had something in their pockets when they sat in it at some point. The point of impact looks good except for the gas tank door defect. Need more attention to detail, cleanliness, and to make sure their is no sharp objects in your pockets when entering a customers car. I feel a post maintenance inspection of some type could have corrected most of these issues except for the seat. The seat damage is pretty unacceptable.

They communicated as they said they would but my release date got pushed back multiple times and I never received a phone call or text explaining why. I would eventually get an automated text saying my day had changed but it would be much after the expected pick up time.
