The vehicle is not correctly fixed in multiple areas. Paint, body, alignment of hatch, interior panels not fitting, broken panels reinstalled instead of replacing, customer service, etc.

The work was great—the communication was lacking.

I was not contacted when my car was finished. I called and was told it had been finished the previous day and a call had been made to me and a message left for me. My phone showed no call and had no message.

We haven’t gotten anything repaired yet. Customer service was good. The problem was the quote was done on the wrong side of the vehicle. Two small dents that were on the passenger side, we bought the truck that way. The driver side and the front bumper was the wrecked side and it was on the police report.
