Everyone was very helpful and extremely courteous. Communication with the staff was professional and kind. The work itself is outstanding. I can't tell the area was ever damaged to begin with. I will definitely rely on your services if I (unfortunately) have any more damage in the future!

I would have appreciated more meaningful updates (where you were in the process). I had assumed things were proceeding very well. Then on Friday I receive an update that made me think, oh, it'll be ready Monday or Tuesday and it wasn't. Perhaps you're short personnel wise.
