The reception associate and the woman who helped me throughout the process were both absolute delights to work with. They put up with my billion phone calls with zero annoyance and were helpful every single time. The shop did amazing work. I am so happy to have my baby back!

Jana & Rebecca are TRULY who made this process so easy for me. My husband is on deployment and I was very nervous about the process (given that he usually deals with car things lol.) They walked me through each step so easily and kept me updated the entire time. Jana even stayed on the phone with me while I was lost headed to my original appointment, telling me where to go. They had so much patience and answered every question. Whatever they are paid isn’t enough! They’re the reason I’m recommending this place to anyone who needs it! Thank you so so much again! Also, I’ve never seen my car so clean! An unexpected surprise from the hard workers at Caliber Collision! Truly, thank you.

The receptionist at the front desk really knows her stuff! I would give her a ten everyday for her friendliness, knowledge and accuracy. She made this experience hassle and pain free staying in touch with the ins co. and rental car co.and keeping us informed. The mechanic in the back was spot on with his estimate and information. I would definitely refer anyone to this co. for repairs.
