As much as I missed having my truck, I’m very thankful the team at Caliber Collision took their time and did such a good job on the repair and still got my truck back to me rather quickly. Andy was super helpful and patient with me throughout the duration of the repairs as well. Very nice gentleman.

Our case manager Andy was great when his manager Steven stepped in things went down hill deadlines were missed the day before and day of that I should have gotten my car is when I would be notified it was gonna be longer and the reasons were not ones a customer should have to suffer from. The quality of the work was amazing but Steven tried to smooth things over when the first 2 deadlines were missed and it just went downhill but Andy fixed things when he took it back over.
