Took longer than anticipated . Then after arrived home we noticed "BB" sized dents in the tailgate as well as spot on tailgait that wasn't painted. Will be calling them Monday to see.

If it weren't for your courteous lady at the desk who walked me through the insurance maze I would have given you a one.

I was led to believe that my car would be ready or close to it by Friday, Monday at the latest. When I enquired on Monday when I could get my car I was told that It had only just gone into the paint shop.
