I would not want any of my friends or family to have to go through what I’ve had to go through with my truck. The only good thing about my experience is after me complaining multiple times they dropped off my truck. I did not have to waste time to go pick it up. However, being that the truck has to go back to the shop to get repaired again. I am going to continue with this headache.

When I dropped off my vehicle, there was no rental set up for me. I was carried to the rental place and dropped off, left stranded. My camera worked before I dropped it off and it no longer works now and they’re wanting to charge me $250 to install a cable. And now my right front tire rubs excessively on the fender wheel, neither fender will look like they’re installed properly. Large cap between the fender well and the bumper that was replaced. The truck will be going back to the shop sometime soon. The rental car issue was partially the insurance companies fault not necessarily caliber collision fault, I figured since they were a network and worked together in the past that it would be a fluid easy transition/repair as of right now I’m very disappointed with caliber collision. Also, I asked for them to look at a noise in my suspension, the item was never found, found it when I get my truck. It was bad bushings in the shocks on the front, seems like an easy fix or easy repair. , the item was never found, found it when I get my truck. I realize this is a combination of insurance problem and body shop problem.
