Carlos and Betty Garcia 2024 Lexus LS500. When prepping vehicles for delivery make sure make ready or detail techs dry vehicle properly instead of allowing them to drop dry . And if you dress the tires make it the full tire and not a 1/2 or 3/4 of the tire. Looks tacky and raises questions. Paint job and color match were on target. Kudos to your painter from an old hot rodder.

Scott was amazing every step of the way. The repairs took longer than expected (no fault of his) and he constantly kept me updated and even got his manager to agree to cover the cost of my rental beyond my insurance coverage (truck ended up being ready on the day my rental was due back). He went above and beyond the entire process and made it as seamless as possible. Turned the worst of situations into one that was totally tolerable considering the circumstances. Thank you Scott, definitely restored my faith in that there’s still good people out there! Hope I don’t need collision repair again but if I do I’ll definitely be coming back to Caliber Collision in Calallen!

Unfortunately this is the third time having to need the services of Caliber Collision. However, it’s been awesome doing business with them. Scott has helped me 2 out of the 3 times. He is on point. Always keeping me posted / updated and both times, he has been ahead of schedule. Would not go anywhere else thus far. Helluva Jib!
