Once my car was recieved by Caliber Collision Center, I recieved a call asking about damages on the car. The CS said they wanted to make sure what damages are to be fixed. I told them what damages were there on the car prior to the claim of May 14, 2021, therefore I though that all damages would be fixed. there was a sumudge on the hood, my back windshield whiper does not work. The unclarity of the communication and the collesion center not communicating with the insurance blows my mind. As a client I do not feel that is my job to point out all damages on the vehicle after an accident, but yours as the collision expert. Upon picking up my veheicle I point out the hood smudge, we got distracted, never really completed the walk around. I would greatly appreiated if your company that is the collision experts, points out the damages on a car to the insurance, not the insured reports it to the insurance compay. Why is that my job?
