With just a few minutes of visual inspection my truck looks great! I can't wait to really take sometime and dig deep into the work done by the team. I have found a small scratch at the drivers door handle, that was not there when I dropped the truck off. Otherwise, my truck looks great this far.

Just this survey proves they are not what they say they are. This survey tells me to rate between zero and 10 but only gives me an option between two and 10 Wish I could Rate them a Zero. All their information they gave me and their (as they call it) and the internal insurance adjuster (in house) Deana I believe her name was, was all trash. They told me they only did body work and they did no mechanic go work but yet my hanging radiator is no longer hanging but they denied they touched it thank God I have pictures of that car accident that'll help me in court because their paperwork says they only touched my bumper but yet relocated my radiator and denied it and then to follow up 24 hours later to tell me "oh yeah we did have somebody check your radiator but it wasn't us it was a third party we hired that came and tested it and this is the report"... but yet that didn't exist the day before. This is a very shaddy shop. Definitely ONLY work with and communication with the insurance house insurance adjuster and not the customer. ZERO STARS. ZERO REFERRALS..... I will be doing a full Google review of my entire experience soon with pictures to prove it

Caliber Collision was amazing! From the time I walked in to drop off my car to pick up day, from the front desk to the work crew who handled my repairs from my accident were above and beyond!!
