I was impressed the moment I stepped in the door. The lobby was very clean and I was greeted with a smile and “Good morning, how can I help you?” Immediately. Within minutes, my service person, Stephen, was by my side, taking me out to look at the damage on my car. He found damage that I hadn’t noticed. He gave me an estimated timeline for the repairs and had the front desk clerk call my car rental service to pick me up to get my rental. Within 30 minutes Stephen sent a text with the date repairs would be completed. The next text was to tell me the work had been started. The next one was to tell me the cost of the repairs. The next text was to tell me the work had been completed and it was a day earlier than expected. The repairs were excellent, the service was excellent, the communication was more than excellent. I will highly recommend Caliper Collision to everyone. I posted my comments on Facebook about my experience with them and I have never done that before. The whole experience was above my expectations.

This is my 2nd round using caliber, my 1st experience was exceptional, my second experience has been poorly executed. I was going to post on my social media about my negative experience, but wanted to give Colby the benefit of the doubt to fix the last issue...

First pick up, repair was not complete, they had to fix the bumper. 2nd pick up was not complete and I had already paid my deductible, front bumper had a very clear chip from re-installation, Colby said he would contact me to set up a time/date to repair and i have heard nothing

They all were friendly and efficient. They kept sending me updates. That was very important, keeping me in the loop. My car was clean and shiny we I got it back. I hope I won't need you in the future, but if something happens, I'll be back. And I'll recommend to my friends.

It took 4 times the time that it wa supposed to take. Kept pushing the day back every week. Also the car feels different it seemed like there is wind coming through somewhere as you drive with the windows up. specially in the highway. It’s very obvious.
