I really appreciate how far Eric the general manager here in Casa Grande’s location went to please and satisfy me as a customer. He is very honest and kept me updated the whole process! When fixing my car took a little longer than expected he made sure to put me in a rental so that i was not out of a car for longer than expected!

Jamie and every staff member were very friendly, professional and efficient. They were quick with the repairs and kept me up to speed with the progress. One of the most pleasing and personable parts is that they were courteous enough to wash my car and clean the inside for the delivery of my vehicle back making it all the more satisfying. My car looks amazing with the finished repairs and completely wiped away my frustration with having to be in the situation I was in to begin with. Caliber collision is outstanding and will continue to have my business in the future!
