It seems that my steering wheel is not aligned and when I turn the steering gets loud. I didn’t have that issue before. Far as the body work is good. Might need to take my truck back to you guys

I appreciated the daily updates. Pleasantly surprised that the job was finished 3 days ahead of schedule and the work quality was first class! The full service carwash with polished tires was an added bonus. Now that is customer service!!

I have to say that I was not pleased with the idea of leaving my vehicle for two weeks but the communication from this company went above and beyond. They were honest about the repairs and expectations. I received a text message every morning about the status of my repair. They also updated all the photos of every bit of damage to my insurance company. Down to a clip that was snapped. When I went to pick up my car, Stephen greeted me and quickly went to get my car. There was a bit of tape residue left and he made sure it was gone. The best part was they even washed the outside of my car and made everything look new. I am very pleased with the repair and everything looks great. And again, Stephen was excellent. His communication, his demeanor and his customer service was above and beyond. Thank you for turning a terrible situation into an easy process.
