I feel more should have been investigated to diagnose cause of oil leak. It was mentioned to Tito when car was dropped off. A few weeks later, I stopped in for a progress report. Apparently Tito no longer works there, Jaime took over, and she knew nothing about it.

I mentioned to 2 different people that the oil was leaking and it wasn't prior to the collision. All I was told was it wasn't leaking for them, but the oil pan wasn't specifically checked. Now I have to deal with that. My car has been regularly maintained at Jiffy Lube, it wasn't leaking prior, it was mentioned twice, wasn't checked, and still leaks. Other than that, Jaime was very nice.

Would 100% be a 10 but there’s small parts of the paint that either didn’t dry down right because it looks kind of chipped.

All employees were thorough and helpful. STEVEN let me know that the pre-exam of damage could lead to some hidden damage which could not be seen until the car was disassembled.
