I had to call several times to get stuff done and then Jamie was supposed to call me and let me know if there would be a problem with a date and time with Firestone to take my vehicle in to put my rims on and when I showed up for the date and time I was told there was no appt and that Jamie was supposed to get back with them and she didn’t. So I had to schedule an appointment for later that week. I had to get up really early to mae the appointment that wasn’t even made.
