Justin Jones and the estimator were great. Justin came out with the estimator and looked at my car with me, then kept me up to date on the repair. The messages also kept me up to speed on the completion date. Super communication.

The bureaucracy in reg. to the insurance (Hartford) was rather complicated. Payments are still not settled so I paid it myself. For obvious reasons, it took a bid longer than anticipated. What I really appreciated was how Brandon kept me up to date without me having to call in. Great customer service from Brandon and Alicia. Thank you!

I had to call to get updates, after being told they would contact me
