When my insurance gave me a choice of 2 repair shops, I immediately chose Caliber Collision. 3 years ago my car was damaged by a loose mud flap from an 18-wheeler on an interstate in Alabama. When I made it home to Ocean Springs, MS I took it to Caliber Collision and they did a fantastic repair job! And 3 weeks ago in Aurora, CO where I now live, I woke up to find that someone attempted to steal my car…they had shattered my front passenger window to gain access and destroyed my dashboard. After the shock and many tears, my insurance made the calls to a tow company, a rental call AND Caliber Collision. When I went to the shop and met Cesar, the receptionist and another worker I breathed a huge sigh of relief. I received daily updates by text on exactly what was going on with my car instead of having to call to get information. It was ready on the exact day he had estimated and Cesar went above and beyond to have my car in the very best condition when I picked it up!!! They had even told me to drop the rental car off there and they would return it for me, how great is that?! I am deeply indebted to Caliber Collision in Centennial, Colorado and have recommended them to everyone I come in contact. I have never been treated so well from a company and am blessed to have met Cesar and the rest of the staff!! Thank you for hiring such amazing people.

Sloppy job, bra wasn't put on like it was suppose to, giving an excuse why it wasn't put on! when car was taken back to the shop, their attitude wasn't pleasant.
