My Ford looks great, and is running great. Trey and the front desk person I spoke with were both amazing at communication, information, and customer service. I have more, unrelated, damage to my car, that needs to be fixed in the future, and I will absolutely be calling Trey to get the problem taken care of!

trey was pretty good to work with, but when i arrived to pick up my truck, the front bumper was dented. nobody seemed to know how it happened or who did it. very inconvenient. then after that was repaired, i tried to put some fuel in it and the filler neck was not reattached to the truck bed. not very happy about this at all.

The front desk staff was super helpful and our service advisor, Trey Jaquith, went above and beyond to get our repairs done quickly. My son wrecked his front bumper just over a week before he was supposed to drive his car to college in another state. Trey got the car done with time to spare so my kid will make it to school on time.

This was a very difficult repair that required new frame and we thought we could get away with something less but between Caliber and Progressive they demanded that it be back to like new, and it was! It took four months but that was because of Toyota and at that the original estimate was six months or more. we are very pleased with the end result and all the work that Trey put in to keeping us informed all the way. He was great !
