I was told and promised something by a GM that was leaving that particular shop. I based my decisions on what he told me only to find out that what he said would not be honored. The receptionist, Diane, holds the company line, which can be appreciated but her bedside manner leaves a lot to be desired. The work on my vehicle was satisfactory but I will not recommend your shop to anyone based on the lies and especially because of Dianes’ inability to make me as a customer feel heard. Her approach to my concerns were pretty much “that’s nice, f u and f off”. No need to call me. Just an fyi for your company.
