I would never recommend the Charleston location to anyone. I would 100% recommend the Mattoon location. They have surpassed all expectations since day one and wish I could have used them from the start.

The quality was absolutely awful. It took multiple trips to the facility and inspecting it with continuous improvements needing made before the final decision was made by the regional to have the neighboring facility take over and finish the work.

There was one specific employee who was very unprofessional when talking to us during the process and when we tried to explain what our concerns were and why we expected high quality work, he was quick to talk over us and argue. It was by far the worst customer service I’ve experienced by someone who should be professional when dealing with customers.
