We have used them multiple times because of all the deer in this area and will refer people to them.

Caliber Collision in Mattoon is absolutely wonderful to work with. The person that hit us has horrible insurance, Allstate, to work with. Caliber was great at keeping us informed of all changes. I also noticed Caliber did a little cleanup of the front area. THANKS!!!

I would suggest this shop to anyone. I would drive out of my way to return here.

This was by far the best service I have ever received. An abundance of communication, kindness and willingness to work with my ever changing situation. The work on my car was top level.

Miss Amy was an excellent communicator and kept me in the loop the entire time.
