From the beginning there was a mixup re. the designated number for the claim. Paula recognized it from the get go.Bob helped reach out to make sure the odometer and conditions of my car were not of advantage for the age of car. Without him helping to point these things out my beloved old car would have been totaled.Bob & Shane both kept me in the loop on progress. My car was on time and beautiful inside and out ! Would recommend this team.
