I was referred to Caliber Collisions by a friend following a severe storm that left my vehicle covered in hail damage. Based upon recommendations and my own personal experience Caliber Collisions have exceeded my expectations. The manager at the Charleston IL location, Bob, was extremely helpful, kind, patient, and knowledgeable regarding the type of care and work my vehicle needed. Bob ensured that I was always kept up to date on my car’s progress while it was in his care and made sure that I was aware of any delays due to delayed parts. Following the completion of my vehicles maintenance, Bob also assisted me with getting connected to other resources within the community for future maintenance outside of the hail damage. Upon receiving my vehicle back i I couldn’t have been more pleased with the work Caliber Collisions has done as there are no signs that my car had even been damaged by hail. I would more than likely return if I need work done in the future and would even refer others to give Bob and his crew a visit!
