Bob with Caliber was in communication with me from start to finish. If there were any changes or delays, Bob made sure to reach out and let me know right away. Bob took the anxiety out of the process for me, which meant the world to me. One less thing I had to stress about! The customer service from Paige and Nick were also amazing any time I spoke to them. My truck looks better than when I bought it! I am beyond thankful for everyone at Caliber! Techs and Mechanics did a fantastic job and I couldn’t be happier!

The communication process throughout the repair was very frustrating. I was never called about the time it would take, and instead was sent emails when it would be pushed back. I called a few times to see when it would be done, and was told a date that was inevitable pushed back multiple times. Again, the work was amazing. And I would just let this go because I know things happen, but I have been asked about my experience many times now and thought I should go ahead and reply.
